Thank you for following the link to our survey examining your review of the STEM in 30 program and materials. As a participant in this evaluation study, it is important that we explain a few important matters:

 

·      We anticipate that your participation in this survey will take approximately 5 minutes.

·      Your participation is completely voluntary, and you are under no obligation to answer any items on the survey.

·      To participate, you merely need to have experienced the STEM in 30 program materials in some capacity.

·      Your responses will be completely anonymous. We are not tracking user login information, IP address, or any other personal identifying information.

·      All data will be stored on secure servers or password protected hard drives and accessible only to the research team (Research Design Studio)

·      We invite you to print or save a copy of this information sheet for your personal reference.
