Thank you for following the link to our survey examining your review of your experience with the National Air and Space Museum. As a participant in this evaluation study, it is important that we explain a few important matters:

 

• We anticipate that your participation in this survey will take approximately 5 minutes.
• Your participation is completely voluntary, and you are under no obligation to answer any items on the survey.
• To participate, you merely need to have experienced the museum with your students in person or online.
•  Your responses will be completely anonymous. We are not tracking user login information, IP address, or any other personal identifying information.
• All data will be stored on secure servers or password protected hard drives and accessible only to the research team (Research Design Studio).
• We invite you to print or save a copy of this information sheet for your personal reference.
