The Graduate Opportunity and Leadership Development (GOLD) program a holistic, non-credit, optional, and zero-cost professional development program facilitated via online and in-person workshops and events led by faculty, staff, students, and community members in the six competency areas of career success, communication, mentoring, research, teaching, and wellness Graduate students and Pathways mentees who complete the earning criteria for the professional development program will receive:

1. Access to the GOLD Canvas Community full of information about opportunities, resources, and events
2. A GOLD digital badge awarded by Ball State University
3. A certificate of completion, which will be given out at the Graduate Student Recognition Ceremony
4. A chance to win an iPad
