Microgrants aim to support students’ professional development activities and help to offset academic-related expenses. Examples of professional development activities include conferences, workshops, specialized trainings, and field trips (including travel/lodging for these experiences). Examples of academic expenses include textbooks, practicum/internship supplies, completing eligibility requirements for participation at the Mitchell Center or student teaching.

Complete this form to apply for a microgrant (up to $100). Applications will be accepted on a rolling basis and will be reviewed/approved by the ECYFS department. Students may only apply for one microgrant per semester. Completing this application does not guarantee that your request will be approved. Approval is contingent upon student eligibility and available funds.
